Earthenware All earthenware pots are lead free and meet all current UK Health & Safety requirements, and are safe to use. 1050 º C iron or porcelain slips used. Stoneware/ Porcelain All Stoneware/ Porcelain work is safe to use and meets current Health & Safety requirements. There is no lead in these glazes, fired to Cone 10, Reduction 1280 º C. Principle colouring materials - red or black oxides in classic Porcelain/Stoneware glazes.
